"Inspection Master" is a paperless system with robust features for equipment inspections, including a ledger function. Anyone can easily register related materials such as Excel-based check sheets and PDF drawings, and efficiently input inspection results and photos in a paperless manner using a tablet device. This eliminates the hassle of re-entering data for report creation, allowing for quick internal sharing of acquired data, which can be utilized for confirming abnormal situations and preventive maintenance through graphing numerical data. Our RFID (IC tags), including "Inmetal Tag," can also be integrated with two-dimensional codes. This enables the standardization of individual identification, which is fundamental to equipment management and contributes to traceability management.
